Iām Natalie, the Owner and CEO of Dazies Treasures. I take great pride in ensuring every stitch and seam exceeds your expectations. My goal is to execute your vision while providing the highest quality of customer service. Please review the terms below before submitting your request.
š Important Information & Policies
- Consultations: Free at my location. If I must meet you, a $50 non-refundable fee applies. If you book, this goes toward your total.
- Cancellation Policy: No refunds or cancellations once work begins.
- Alterations: Due to size changes, a $75 fee will be charged for adjustments.
- No Show: Completed garments are stored for 14 business days. After that, items and payments are forfeited.
- Timeframe: Custom orders take 4ā8 weeks. Timelines will be discussed during consultation.
- Rush Orders: May be available depending on the garment. Contact me to confirm availability.
