Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Dazies Treasures takes pride in providing excellent customer service and exceptional products. We know that in some circumstances things happen. In the event of a return and/or refund, these are our guidelines:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Your name and address must be provided in order to process a return. Dazies Treasures reserves the right to change our Return policy at any time.

• No refund on Custom Made or Lace items.
• Items will only be exchanged for same item different size/color. 
• The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached. There will be no refund issue on worn garments with makeup, oil or deodorant stains.
• If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our conditions (please reference bullet point above). You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item unless the item is faulty or we are at fault for the return. In this case, we will cover the return shipping charge.
• No refund on Sale items.

To start a return, you can contact us at daziestreasures@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
