Shipping policy

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT:

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regard to regular mailing services.

We will update if there are any news regarding the current situation. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

The time frame for order delivery:

Once an order is placed, your order will ship within 14 business days (this does not include weekends and/or holidays) from when the order is placed due to some items are custom made.

Shipping costs will only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.

If the package is returned to Dazies Treasures  as "unclaimed" at USPS or FedEx, your shipping cost will not be refunded. If you request to have package(s) shipped back you are responsible for the cost of shipping.

If a package is returned to Dazies Treasures as "failed delivery" due to incorrect/incomplete address/information when the order was placed you will be responsible to have the package shipped back out to you.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse center to the destination.

Shipping description

  1. Order Processing Time: 1-14 days (Processing time will be longer in holidays)
  2. Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

There are many factors that can cause your product to be delayed, such as holidays and bad weather

Change shipping address

Change of address is allowed no later than 2 hours after placing an order. You can contact us at daziestreasures@gmail.com to make a change of address.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided to you after your order has shipped.
